The problem is caused by an external library included in Rank Math.
The problem may be caused by some old plugins you have installed that did not remove the Action Scheduler tables when they were deleted or upgraded. Because of this, when the Rank Math plugin tries to create new custom schedules, the process fails due to this conflict.
It is also possible for a conflict to occur with new add-ons that have been installed or with the template you are using.
